P1 to P3 yoga & mindfulness club
Yoga stretching through games and stories to improve balance, co-ordination,
concentration, breathing techniques (pranayama) and guided relaxations
/ meditations (yoga nidra). We will also explore mindfulness activities
through games and creativity (materials are provided). The classes are designed to be fun and educational, will encompass PDMU / WAU activities whilst teaching children skills to relax and deal with stress.

​P4 to P7 yoga & mindfulness club
The emphasis of the P4 to P7 well-being sessions include yoga
stretching, yoga games, breathing techniques (pranayama) with lots of
fun and laughter. We will finish off each class either with a guided relaxation/meditation (yoga nidra) or a mindfulness activity. The sessions will also explore mindfulness through games, creative mindful activities (materials are provided) and
will teach the children a toolbox of techniques to deal with stress that
they can practice at any time. 

Yoga mats and materials will be provided for each class.
A small snack (nut free) will also be provided (please advise Collette of any dietary requirements or allergies).
