Summer Class schedule in Abhyasa Yoga Studio: Abhyasa Yoga Studio Children's fun Yoga and mindfulness wellbeing (Primary School age) 6-week fun yoga course on Thursday mornings 11.30am to 12.30pm Dates: 7th, 21st & 28th July and 4th, 11th & 18th August. The classes for children are designed to be fun, exploring yoga and mindfulness through stories and games and finishing with a lovely relaxation at the end of our class. Course cost £54.
Family Yoga and Mindfulness Classes Dates: 21st & 28th July. 11th & 18th August Spend an hour with your child(ren) of nursery or primary school age and learn yoga poses, partner poses, fun games, breathing practices and mindfulness techniques The classes will run on Thursday afternoons from 2.30pm to 3.30pm. The emphasis is having family fun with a guided relaxation at the end so we all leave feeling relaxed. This course is absolutely suitable for all abilities

P1 to P3 Well-being Classes on Friday Afternoons @ St Brides PS, Belfast The P1 to P3 well-being classes are designed to be fun, include mindfulness games, a mindfulness creative session (materials are provided), yoga stretching through stories to improve balance, co-ordination, concentration, breathing techniques (pranayama) and guided relaxations / meditations (yoga nidra). Venue: St Bride’s PS assembly hall (Derryvolgie site) Time: 2pm - 3pm Dates: 8 weeks commencing Friday 29th April through to 24th June* *No class on 3rd June (school closure) Cost: £45 Maximum of 12 children
Yoga mats and materials will be provided for each class. A small snack (nut free) will also be provided (please advise Collette of any dietary allergies).
P4 to P7 Well-being classes on Wednesday Afternoons @ St Brides PS, Belfast The emphasis of the P4 to P7 classes include mindfulness games, creative mindful activities (materials are provided), yoga stretching, breathing techniques (pranayama) and more importantly lots of fun and laughter. We will finish off each class with a guided relaxation or meditation (yoga nidra).
