Zoom Classes for those that like to practice at home: Thursday nights 7.00pm - 8:15pm (Suitable for beginners) Classes resume on 18th January
Collette has also specialised in the following areas: Menopause well-being Yoga for Bones Yoga for Cancer Essentials Yoga for People with SEN/Different Abilities All adult classes will include centring; limbering; warming and strengthening and cooling down poses. Each class will consist of yoga stretching (asana) and will include modifications to promote a safe practice ; pranayama (breathing practices) and guided meditations or relaxations / yoga nidra. In Collette’s yoga classes you willbe encouraged to adopt a mindfulness-basedyoga practice.
