Stretch Yourself Teen Yoga
This Stretch Yourself Teen course will suit all levels of ability and especially those that enjoy stretching. Learn various breathing techniques and how to use yoga props such as blocks, belts and bolsters to stretch safely. We will explore poses to promote strength, endurance and flexibility, breathing and relaxation practices that can help in challenging times. All equipment will be supplied for each class or feel free to bring your own yoga mat

All courses will only run providing there is sufficient interest. All adult classes will include centring; limbering; warming and strengthening and cooling down poses. Each class will consist of yoga stretching (asana) and will include modifications to promote a safe practice ; pranayama (breathing practices) and guided meditations or relaxations / yoga nidra. In Collette’s yoga classes you will be encouraged to adopt a mindfulness-based yoga practice.
